As Head of Digital Operations, you will:- Be involved in all stages of digital/cloud infrastructure development- Lead the development of stable, scalable, and reliable software for products/services- Lead the development of efficient systems and open source tool-stacks- Ensure all operational KPI targets are met- Ensure all decision-making processes are communicated to all stakeholders- Recruit, manage, and coach DevOps and SRE teams- Evaluate team performance through KPI reporting toolsDesirable skills and background:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Software Engineering/Design or equivalent- Must have experience in handling digital products platform in a multi-channel, agile environment- With at least 10 years' experience in similar role and capacity- Strong familiarity in Cloud or DevOps environment- Highly collaborative and excellent problem-solving skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Technical skills: SAP OnPremise, Cloud- Fluency in Arabic is a plus
