If you eager to work in an inspiring, dynamic environment and collaborate with like-minded people, we want to hear from you!ABOUT THE ROLE:Mondia is seeking aHead of Data & Analytics you will have the opportunity to work with a huge and rapidly growing data set generated by mobile, desktop and portals with a charter to uncover insights that produce step-function growth in the Mondia Subscription base.You will develop people, form strong working partnerships with business and technology leaders, plan and execute analytical roadmaps, formulate analytical strategies for solving business problems, and develop strategies to scale the impact of data through development of self-service analytical programs.This role requires an individual with exceptionally strong quantitative modelling skills and experience using statistical methods to produce actionable customer insights. The successful candidate will be a proven analytics leader who is comfortable with ambiguity, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Please note that this position is in Dubai. Only candidates that are willing to relocate should apply.Key Responsibilities:

• Determining a data strategy with the technology platform;
• Deciding on the combination of cloud data technologies that best meets the needs of the platform;
• Developing an architecture that combines streaming data, traditional transaction processing, analytical databases anddatawarehouses;
• Implementing machine learning technology and supporting emerging artificial intelligence technologies on the platform;
• Building the data function, including hiring a support team;
• Creating datamanagementand control processes;
• Creating a data analytics and data reporting function;
• Managingdata engineering team;
• Run business intelligence activities to producemanagement reporting;
• Carry out data analysis activities on all types of data;
• Build data models and establish relationships between data points;
• Ensure data quality;
• Create reference and masterdata models;
• Conduct awareness sessions and training to end users;
• Produce periodical reports on own area of expertise to the InformationManagement Dashboard and KPI`s.
• Maintain the health and morale of the team;
• Have regular 1:1s with the team and make sure there is a good and honest communication channel with people about great feedback and areas of improvement;

• Commercial experience with data technologies, including traditional RDBMS, NoSQL, streaming technologies, ETL, analytics, anddatawarehousesfrom 8+ years;
• Experience in leadership position 3+ years;
• Data architecture skills with experience designing and developing data platforms;
• Major education in technology or engineering disciplines;
• Experience in business analysis for in enterprise-grade data-centric projects involving advanced analytics;
• Fluency in English, spoken and written;
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end requirementsmanagementlifecycle;
• Knowledge of modern data-centric architecture approaches, patterns, methods and tools;
• Understanding of principles of data analytics, machine learning, data science from the BA perspective;
• Understanding of agile and other styles of software projects;
• Experience inDataLakes,DataWarehouses,DataAnalytics, Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics;
