  • Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to local and international cybersecurity regulations, working closely with auditors and regulators.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a top-tier cybersecurity team dedicated to protecting digital assets.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in a senior cybersecurity leadership role, ideally within a crypto exchange, fintech, or financial institution.
  • Deep knowledge of blockchain security, smart contract vulnerabilities, and emerging threats in digital asset management.
  • Strong technical expertise in cryptographic security, incident response, and network security protocols.
  • Ability to navigate regulatory landscapes and implement security measures that align with compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in building and managing high-performing security teams.
