Head of Curriculum and Assessments? to join our reputed School.The Head of Curriculum & Assessments of the School will be responsible for the overall development and implementation of the Curriculum across all phases of the school and lead target-setting meetings.The successful candidate will oversee the effective management of examinations, including liaising with the relevant Examinations Boards and will have accountability for the standards of attainment and progress.He/she must monitor and evaluate the progress made in these areas and determine further actions for improvement. The ideal candidate should have an excellent understanding of the KHDA Inspection Framework, in-depth knowledge of national curriculum of England and national agenda parameters and use these to support leadership and management across the school.

• Oversee curriculum development, assessment policies, action plans, target settings, to develop and maintain an educationally effective school of excellence.
• Lead SLT/MLT/Teachers in annual curriculum review meetings.
• Oversee development and implementation of policies related to curriculum & assessments.
• Recommend detailed and accurate inventories of curriculum resources.
• Conduct workshops, CPD?s and other training session.
• Head the school curriculum steering committee overseeing all activities related to accreditation.
• Oversee the curriculum review cycle.
• Network with curriculum specialists.
• Ensure that the data is used effectively within each department to inform appropriate intervention following formative & summative assessments, internal & external exams.
• To analyze the assessment data of all the internal & external exams and take remedial actions where necessary.
• Monitor and evaluate curriculum standards and the standards of pupils? achievement and set targets for improvement.
• Setting up the benchmark of student?s attainment and progress at all levels in the core subjects.
• Responsible for planning of data analysis & assessments training in the school.
• Responsible for analysing the results and implementing interventions to improve the results.
• Supervise the instructional programs of the school, evaluating lesson plans and observing classes to encourage the use of a variety of instructional strategies and materials consistent with research on learning, child pedagogy and development.
• Leading and developing Teachers & Academic Leaders through continuous training and feedback.
• Create and maintain an environment and a code of behaviour to promote and secure good teaching, effective learning, high standards of progress and attainment across all phases.

• Relevant teaching qualifications with Masters In Education, 3-5 years of academic leadership experience and deep understanding of the National Curriculum of England.
• You will have a good understanding of data interpretation and the know how to use data intelligence to develop and improve data assessment systems and procedures.
• Good command of English
