Along with these features, BitDelta users can diversify their portfolios into a variety of assets like crypto, commodities, indices, stocks, and forex, all while using a highly secure asset custodian.We are seeking an experienced Chief Compliance Officer to join our organization and lead our compliance efforts in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of various UAE/MENA regulatory frameworks, particularly in Fintech/Blockchain industry, and a proven track record in developing and implementing effective compliance programs. The CCO will play a critical role in ensuring that our operations adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.Responsibilities:

  • Stay tuned of UAE regulatory developments and ensure the organizations compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Develop and update compliance policies and procedures in alignment with UAE regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and assess compliance risks, implementing measures to mitigate identified risks.
  • Implement training programs to educate employees on compliance matters, ensuring a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
  • Establish and oversee monitoring mechanisms to track compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide regular reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.
  • Oversee internal investigations into compliance issues, ensuring thorough and timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to ensure compliance audits are conducted regularly and recommendations are implemented.
  • Serve as a key advisor to senior management on compliance matters, providing insights on regulatory changes and potential impacts on the business.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with regulatory authorities, industry associations, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about international compliance standards and best practices, ensuring the organizations alignment with global compliance norms.
