Job Description

Position Title:Head of Business DevelopmentEmployment Type:FulltimeSalary: up to 35K depending on experience and qualification plus family insuranceJob Location:Abu Dhabi, UAEAbout the Client: A well-established digital marketing company in UAE.:

  • Lead the business development initiatives including identification of new prospective clients, mapping of client requirements and preparation of customized business proposals
  • Manage the new business process to ensure integration across teams in developing responses to new business requests and RFPs
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate the growth of the agency across all services they offer. (Digital Marketing, Video Production, and Influencer Marketing)
  • Guide and support the BD/sales team in creation and delivery of effective pitches to capture targeted business deals meeting revenue and margin targets
  • Plan and organize regular market research and collate inputs on market trends, customer behavior, competition and opportunities to facilitate effective strategic decision making
