The Regional Head of Air and Ocean Operational and Process Excellence is responsible for the overall management and optimization of the air and ocean freight processes and systems.Execution of OPEX Projects, initiatives and concepts with focus on:? Directing, controlling and supporting the implementation of global and regional efficiency initiatives by establishing an effective Change Management and transparency to ensure that objectives and benefits are realized as planned. The Regional Head of Air and Ocean Operational and Process Excellence is responsible for:? Operational Governance, Support and Training? Operational Optimization, Workflow and Digitalization? TANGO Rollout Management? TOM@air and TOM@ocean Implementation ManagementMain Tasks and Functions include:? Responsible for steering and change communication for OPEX projects? Responsible and manage OPEX initiatives, concepts and strategies to improve operation processes within the region in close cooperation with Global OPEX? Responsible to develop and drive productivity and performance improvement programs? Manage and Drive digitalization efforts within the region incl. implementation of workflow tools? Ensure proper program management and harmonization of all air and ocean initiatives within the cluster? Manage collection and reporting of operational requirements and matters within the region towards Global OPEX? Manage collection, evaluation and prioritization of overall operational requirements? Responsible for TMS rollout for air and ocean in the region? Strategize and manage implemention of projects / processes incl. TOM@air and TOM@Ocean? Manage fulfillment of the respective initiatives incl. consolidation of feedback to Global OPEX? Overall governance of Air and Ocean operational standards and associated reports + KPIs
