  • Supervise a team of nurses for daily activities and collaborate with other departments for effective patient care delivery.
  • Maintain high clinical standards such as infection control, assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and ensuring accurate medical reports and documentation.
  • Stay updated with latest nursing practices, technologies, and encourage staff participation in ongoing learning activities.
  • Ensure adherence to˙healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
  • Assist in the hiring process by facilitating DHA licensing, upgrading the clinics standards through JCI accreditation processing, and conducting performance reviews to identify and address areas for improvement.
