Job Description

Position Title:Head HostessEmployment Type:Full TimeSalary: up to 14K AED depending on experience and qualifications, plus tips and duty mealsJob Location:Dubai, UAEAbout the Client: A French fine dining restaurant in Dubai

  • Manage the hostess/cashiers and make sure that all guests have a pleasant dining experience.
  • Greet guests as they come in and assigns them to a table.
  • Maintain waiting list, reservations and seating chart for entire restaurant throughout service
  • Answer phone and take phone reservations, answering questions, providing directions, recording take-out orders
  • Ensure the customers are always delighted and leave having a positive experience
