Job Description

Ambitek are a supplier of temporary labour to a range of industries in the UAE.We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Head Host/Hostess to oversee our front-of-house operations and ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests.Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of the host/hostess team to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the front-of-house.
  • Training and mentoring host/hostess staff on service standards, guest interaction, and procedures.
  • Creating and implementing seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and maximize occupancy.
  • Greeting guests, managing reservations, and assisting with seating assignments during peak hours.
  • Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitoring dining room activity and guest satisfaction to identify and address areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with management and other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and front-of-house areas.
