Job Title: Head FloristAs the Head Florist Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of floral design within our company. Your creative vision and leadership will be essential in producing stunning floral arrangements that meet our clients expectations. You will manage a team of florists, providing guidance, training, and inspiration to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be involved in sourcing flowers and materials, designing floral displays for various occasions, and maintaining inventory levels. Lead and manage a team of florists, providing direction, feedback, and training as needed.2.
