HEAD - EPC SOLAR [AFRICAN REGION]Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects related to turn-key EPC - engineering, procurement, and construction of PV solar projects, till commissioning.
On/Off grid PV scale utility, DG hybrid, rooftop, and energy storage EPC projects
Market analysis, research, budgeting, and development of effective business strategies
Overall in-charge to manage all EPC projects to target schedule, cost and performance.
Will be responsible for the P&L of the EPC division. Manage and lead multiple projects across African region.
Project Management, Design, Erection, Commissioning and Maintenance of Industrial EPC Solar projects.
Should manage and review the design phase of projects including Technology Selection, Civil and mechanical structures, System Configuration, Electrical Connection, Distribution and Control Systems
Responsible for complete project management through the installation, testing and commissioning of the system.
Preventive maintenance of all the electrical installations and ensure compliance with regards to all quality construction work.
Ability to effectively work with the companys engineers and project managers to ensure customer?s needs are met.
Ensuring that the projects delivered on Schedule with high quality and within the required cost.
