Company Is Looking for a Candidate to Help in Setting Up New Line of Business - COFFEE SHOP.COFFEE SHOP HEAD CHEF.

Design and execute caf? menu
Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales.
Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients
Able to cook a variety of caf? and shop foods including drinks, preserves, cakes, ice creams, snacks
Prepare Deserts
Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
Ensure appealing plate presentation
Monitor food stock and place orders
Portion, arrange, and garnish food, and serve food to waiters or patrons
Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
