  • Lead culinary team and collaborate with the management in menu development and innovation.
  • Manage kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, food safety, and efficient workflow.
  • Mentor and supervise kitchen staff, scheduling and training as needed to maintain high standards.
  • Maintain consistency and quality in food preparation and presentation, addressing customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff, communicate effectively with management, and foster a positive work environment.
