Job Description

Ambitek are a supplier of temporary labour to a range of industries in the UAE.We are currently seeking an experienced and innovative Head Chef to oversee all aspects of our kitchen operations and culinary creations.Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the kitchen team to ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently maintained.
  • Developing and creating seasonal menus that showcase creativity, innovation, and adherence to culinary trends.
  • Overseeing menu planning, recipe development, and food costing to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Managing inventory and food ordering to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
  • Training, mentoring, and inspiring kitchen staff to develop their skills and reach their full potential.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
  • Collaborating with management and other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, culinary techniques, and ingredient sourcing to continually elevate our culinary offerings.
