  • Take charge of menu development, food quality, and kitchen operations for our centralized/cloud kitchen catering to multiple branches
  • Develop innovative and enticing menus that showcase the best of Mediterranean/European cuisine.
  • Lead and inspire a team of passionate chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure that every dish meets our high standards of taste, presentation, and food safety.
  • Work closely with the restaurant management team, including branch managers, to ensure seamless operations, efficient inventory management, and timely delivery of food orders.
