We are looking for a Head Chef to conceptualize, develop, launch and lead kitchen for a new children entertainment brand that will be introduced in UAE market. We need a leader that will grasp concept direction, develop menu and systems accordingly, will hire and train professional team and will change market perception about the food in entertainment facilities.Developing concept menu from scratch.Setting up new kitchen.Hiring full team for new concept launch.Running and controlling daily kitchen operations.Being a great leader and motivator as well as the firm regulator Purchasing and cost control.Establishing training programs both on the job and in the classroom.Creating S0PsEnsuring health & safety of food storage, preparation & service.Preparing kitchen for HACCP certification.Liaising and coordinating with other supporting departments, Food and Beverage, Engineering, Housekeeping & Finance.Maintaining administrative office, establishing & maintaining duty rosters.Preparing evaluations and appraisals for kitchen staff.Coordinating & driving monthly kitchen & back of house inspections with all supporting departments.Creating, monitoring and maintaining quality control standards.Ensuring a clean tidy workplace at all times through adequate housekeeping.
