Job Description

Head BartenderMeshico Group is hiring for a Head Bartender to join our team! This position requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for food preparation and great customer service skills.As a Head Bartender, you will be preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar and restaurant. In this role you will need to ensure that you always anticipate the needs of the guest, working closely with service teams, ensuring that sanitation and safety standards are always followed and maintained.Responsibilities:

  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
  • Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • Assess customers? needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • Plan and present bar menu
  • Check customers? identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
