Job Description

Position Title:Head BartenderEmployment Type:Full TimeSalary: up to 10K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus duty meals and tipsJob Location:Dubai, UAEAbout the Client: A French fine dining restaurant in Dubai

  • Oversees the outlets bar operations and other bartenders work to ensure that they provide positive customer experience
  • Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Checking for proper identification, maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the bar area, replacing kegs, handling employee issues, handling customer complaints and disturbances
  • Scheduling employees, supervising other bartenders, ordering supplies and alcohol and overseeing the workings of the bar area
  • Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for staff and customers
