Head BaristaJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:?Lead and supervise the barista team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellence in coffee preparation and service.?Develop and maintain a diverse and innovative coffee menu, featuring specialty coffee drinks, espresso-based beverages, and alternative brewing methods.?Maintain extensive knowledge of coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing techniques, and share expertise with staff and customers.?Oversee the day-to-day operations of the coffee bar, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness standards.?Ensure consistent quality control in all aspects of coffee preparation, including grind size, extraction time, milk frothing, and latte art.?Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging coffee technologies, and incorporate new ideas and concepts into the coffee program.?Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for guests, engaging with customers to provide personalized recommendations and enhance their coffee experience.?Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional events, tastings, and workshops to showcase the coffee program and drive customer engagement.Job Details :?Proven experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista in a specialty coffee shop or upscale cafe environment.?Extensive knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and espresso machine operation, with a passion for specialty coffee culture.?Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of baristas.?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service and building customer loyalty.?Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.?Certification in barista training or specialty coffee programs is preferred.?Must be legally eligible to work in Dubai, UAE.
