Job Objective:?? Provide technical expertise on Oracle Fusion HCM that includes Oracle Absence Management as well as OraclePayroll experience? Strong Fast Formula experience (absence and payroll)? Oracle EBS HCM with expertise in Oracle EBS R12.1.x or higher and experience in HCM cloud.? Actively participate in all phases of a HCM project implementation lifecycle, functional requirements? To work closely with other Cloud modules e.g. Payroll, Recruiting? Full project life-cycle experience (requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training,deployment)? Provide hands-on functional & configuration support for implemented ERP modules? Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion project? Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle, to include Requirements Gathering& Analysis, System Design & Development, Testing, and Implementation.? Experience with standard implementation activities, including requirements gathering solution design,configuration, testing, implementation, project documentation, and post-production support.
