Coordination with Al Futtaim Shared Services Center and logistics (order entry/claims/finance for order release)?
PI and order details creation ?
Fixing delivery problems with stores in case of issues with POD due to orders ?
Invoice dispute management for Amazon (Vendor central) ?
Customer Trading terms maintenance in Al Futtaim systems ?
Finance -Cheque collection and payment coordination with Al Futtaim Finance team?
Manage Approvals as per DOA for ?
Free of Charge orders?
Customer Creation ?
Customer Credit Limits, Discounts and Specific Pricing ?
Credit notes for Rebates, logistic support, claims etc?
Debit notes if any ?
Provide accurate and timely product specification details/ images and photo quotes to external Customers.?
Customer Item Master creation and Bar code maintenance based on SS/AW price lists ?
Purchase and Sales price maintenance/updation in Al Futtaim system ? Regular and Hyper Price Lists ?
Assisting the sales team in Promotions/ Campaigns presentations and tracking ?
Reports ?
Monthly Shipment report ?
Brandwise extract (BI report) ?
