Job type: Full timeSalary: 4000 aed per monthBenefits:Accommodation in the villa (A separated room)FoodVisaMedical insurancePaid vacationPaid ticket to home countryWe are looking for a skilled and reliable handyman/chauffeur to manage the upkeep and repair duties at our villa.As a chauffeur:You may be required to perform duties other than transporting members of the family, including but not limited to the delivery and pickup of goods and the running of errands. You will be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the familys vehicles.As a handyman:You will be responsible for a range of maintenance and repair duties both indoors and outdoors by doing various jobs such as repairing including electrical and plumbing, painting, appliance repairs, yard maintenance, cleaning.Duties and Responsibilities:1. Maintain and repair all plumbing installations:-Repairing/replacing broken or leaking plumbing and restoring full use of water fixtures.-Cleaning, maintaining and servicing pipes, valves, drainage systems, waste lines.2. Perform general electrical maintenance:-Installing, maintaining and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.-Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.3. Maintain heating and air conditioning systems:-Installing and maintaining gas and liquid heating systems such as ACa and radiators.4. Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and as required.Requirements:Previous work as Handyman or similar role;Valid UAE driving license;Clear criminal records;Living at the villa with an employer.
