Job Description

Client Consultation:

  • Conduct consultations with clients to understand their preferences, style preferences, and hair care needs.
  • Analyze clients hair and scalp conditions to determine suitable treatments or services.
Hair Cutting and Styling:
  • Perform haircuts, trims, and styling based on clients preferences and the latest trends.
  • Provide advice on suitable hairstyles, cuts, and colors based on face shape, skin tone, and personal style.
Hair Coloring:
  • Apply hair color, highlights, lowlights, and other chemical treatments based on clients requests and hair type.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair coloring.
Hair Treatments:
  • Administer various hair treatments such as conditioning, moisturizing, and repairing treatments to improve the health and appearance of clients hair.
Perming and Straightening:
  • Perform hair perming and straightening procedures for clients seeking a change in texture.
Product Knowledge:
  • Stay informed about the latest hair care products, tools, and techniques.
  • Recommend and sell hair care products to clients for at-home maintenance.
Sanitation and Safety:
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and sterilization of tools and equipment.
Customer Service:
  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring clients feel comfortable and satisfied with their experience.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Appointment Scheduling:
  • Manage appointment schedules and ensure timely service for clients.
Professional Development:
  • Attend workshops, training sessions, and industry events to stay current with trends, techniques, and skills.
Sales and Retail:
  • Upsell salon products and recommend at-home care routines to clients.
  • Keep track of inventory and assist with retail sales.
Team Collaboration:
