Job Description

Reporting into the Head of Display Development for Middle East and Africa, The Display Development Manager is responsible for delivering against the company?s strategy to drive a step change in the In-store presence & coverage as a key lever of physical availability. This role will be accountable for leading instore growth opportunities through creating and executing display and category concepts & solutions to support the business strategy with our core customers/ channels and drive growth.What are we looking for?

  • Graduate caliber, with moderate experience in FMCG/consumer products with a Category and demand background and experience in display development or in-Store design.
  • Ability to navigate complex situations managing multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, challenge the status quo with a can do attitude and adopt a continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Commercially astute and proven business judgement with an understanding of the commercial impact of one?s own decision making
  • Experience in areas such as (but not exclusive to): Sales, Trade/ Customer Marketing, Shopper Insights, In-store Design.
What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Collaborate with other key functions, mainly Customer Development, Perfect Store, and Category teams, to assess market/ channel growth gaps & opportunities, create and sell growth concepts to retailers leveraging relevant shopper and customer insights & data.
  • Creating Display Development solutions to enhance the look and feel of the Main Aisle, Front End (checkout) and Points of Interruption to accelerate growth through increasing penetration and driving conversion
  • Accountable for driving the Display End-to-End process for all display materials and solutions from ordering to storage, distribution and implementation and ensuring smooth roll out within customers. Key success factor is collaborating with Sales Operations, Suppliers, and logistic partners to drive scalability and efficiency.
