As a Guest Services Ambassador you are responsible to supervise the function of Reception during your shift and achieve highest Guest Satisfaction. Moreover, the role includes key responsibilities such as:Receive guests in a professional and friendly manner, satisfying guest expectations from arrival through to departureMaintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service deliveryMaintain a good working relationship with all Front Office TeamSupervise all Reception colleagues ensuring guests are taken care of in a professional and friendly mannerMaintain an up to date knowledge of Hotel and local services and supply information and respond to guest queriesDeal swiftly, efficiently and sensitively to Guest complaints and follows throughMaintain awareness of guest profilesCheck all cashiers city ledger bills at the end of shift to ensure that the billing and attachments are correct
