Designed for the independent minded traveler seeking an escape from the predictable.Key Job Responsibilities:Provide excellent guest serviceTo perform all tasks to a consistent standard as detailed with the department standard of performance manualTo attend daily briefing sessionsTo keep wastage to a minimum and be vigilant in reducing expenditureLiaise and communicate effectively with all departmentsServe food and beverages to guests making recommendations if neededShare your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requestsTable set-ups and station preparation prior to service and at the end of the shiftClean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other suppliesPerforms other duties as assigned
