As a Guest service Agent , you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. What is in it for you:

What you will be doing:
  • Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience
  • To be aware of all hotel operating timing and to promote the internal activities and events , looking for opportunities to enhance a guests stay through up-selling.
  • To promote the Accor loyalty programs.
QualificationsYour experience and skills include:
  • Service focused personality is essential experience is an asset
  • Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality or Room Division
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Fluency in English additional languages are a plus
Additional InformationKnowing:
  • Know the Plant for the Planet. project
  • Know the sustainable development actions set up by the hotel
  • Know sustainable development related activities (exhibitions, nature outings, bike hire, parks, architecture, shops, restaurants, cooperatives, etc.).
  • Know access to public transport.
