What you will be doing:
  • Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience
  • Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guests stay through up-selling
  • Other relevant duties at Hotel Reception
Your experience and skills include:
  • Outgoing personality with upbeat attidue and hospitality principles
  • Fluent English with additional Arabic and/or Russian languages
  • Education Degree or relevant experience in Hospitality
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remain calm and courteous under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Comfortable to work cohesively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
