Position Title:˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Guest Reservations ManagerEmployment Type:˙˙˙˙˙Full TimeSalary: ˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙up to 10K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus tips and service chargesJob Location:˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Dubai, UAE˙About the Client: ˙A fine dining restaurant and lounge that will serve authentic Uzbekistan and international cuisines˙ ˙

  • Manage the restaurant reservations process, including answering phone calls and emails, managing online reservations, and ensuring that all reservations are accurate and complete.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the restaurant management team to set pricing and availability, and make adjustments as needed to meet changing demands.
  • Manage the reservations staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, including contact details, preferences, and special requests
