We are seeking a personable and proactive Guest Relations Representative to join Zed Living Holiday Homes. In this role, you will be the face of our holiday homes, responsible for delivering outstanding guest service and ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.- Address guest inquiries and provide information about the property and local attractions.- Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests and complaints.- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property readiness and cleanliness.- Assist in managing reservations and updating booking systems.- Provide personalized recommendations and concierge services to enhance guest experiences.- Conduct follow-up calls and surveys to gather guest feedback and identify areas for improvement.- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
