Job Description

WOW Real Estate Development is currently looking for Sales and Leasing Coordinator /Guest Relation(F E M A L E Multilingual - R u s s i a n speaker preferred)Responsibilities:

  • Able to prepare all rental and sales documents (Booking forms, sales offers, etc.)
  • Managing after-sales admin work
  • Monitor, check, follow up and compile & monitor purchasers? requests, Sales and Purchase Agreement and payment timeline
  • Maintains Sales gallery visitors report and sales report
  • Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records
Requirements:
  • Atleast 3 years? experience in real estate sales team- property developer experience preferred (within UAE)
  • Computer literacy
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and polished appearance
  • Adaptable and flexible with a positive attitude
