Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DOThe job holder provides exceptional customer service to all the guests of Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo. Provides accurate response on the general inquiries and ensures smooth process of admission sales of Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo also responsible for the processing of all admissions, cash and credit card handling.WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FORSales Counter Management:

  • Ensures all cash tills and other particulars at the work station are ready for operation at the beginning of each day and each shift
  • Responsible for admission income collection, ensures that sales will proceed to the POS (Point of Sales counter) in an effective and timely manner and in compliance with the point of sales operational procedure.
  • Responsible to reconcile cash sales to the actual recorded sales and account for all income received throughout the day in compliance with the cash handling instructions. To then submit income for banking in accordance with standard procedures, completing all necessary paperwork with care and accuracy.
  • Ensure work areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
Promotional Awareness:
  • Ensures full knowledge and awareness of the current promotion and discounts on the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo.?
Customer Service:
  • Responsible to attend to all calls and queries promptly and effectively.
  • Provides accuracy in transmitting information as necessary.
  • Ensures complete routine of paper work.?
  • Ensures full and detailed information about Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo and basic knowledge of the Dubai Mall.
  • Provides high level of customer service and product knowledge in order to meet or exceed the target sales.
  • Ensures to perform and carry out duties as directed by the Front of House Supervisor and Front of House Manager.
Adherence to Policies and Procedure: ??????
  • Provides high knowledge of the current employee work conditions in compliance with the Emaar employee handbook policy and procedure for Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo.
  • Ensures full knowledge of the company guidelines and procedure outlined in fire, safety and emergency manuals.?
  • Comply with the company Health and safety policies at all times.
  • Ensures availability in training that maybe required achieving high level of competence of the daily duties on operations.
  • Ensures excellent representation of the outlined grooming and personal presentation policy.
