Job Description

The objective of the Group Talent Manager is to drive and monitor the Group?s Performance Management towards the aim of continually developing the Groups employees to achieve business performance targets. Main responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and deploying a talent management framework
  • Manage the process of succession planning across the Company, creating and deploying the tools for the businesses
  • Ensure succession planning is in place for critical roles to mitigate risk
  • Create a PSL for training and development partners and negotiate terms
  • Create a learning and development catalogue with a broad spectrum of interventions for the diversified group
  • Partner with the Total Reward & Performance team to translate the performance framework enabling change through education
  • Provide thinking on creative ways to create employee engagement through talent development solutions
  • Contribute to the design and deployment of Talent Acquisition tools and strategies to attract the best talent
  • Contribute to the development of retention strategies to retain the best talent
