Job Description

Position Title: Group HR DirectorEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 60K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family benefitsJob Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: An upcoming educational institution by a well-known school group in UAE.

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies, collaborate with school leaders on staffing, and design retention programs to reduce turnover while ensuring equitable compensation.
  • Establish professional learning communities, deliver training programs, and create career development plans to nurture and prepare staff for leadership roles.
  • Foster a growth-oriented culture, develop performance management systems aligned with strategic goals, and promote collaboration and innovation.
  • Align HR strategy with business goals, lead workforce planning, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Oversee HR functions, utilize HR analytics to improve processes, and provide regular reports to senior leadership
