  • Deal with the full cycle of human resources leadership in accordance to the MOHRE process?from overseeing payroll, documentations, employment requests and process improvements
  • Be a business partner to finalize stage in employment hiring and or termination in line with labor laws procedure
  • Responsible for the overall planning, development and implementation of HR strategies at the group level,
  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership on all human capital management matters
  • Support robust business growth and reinforce a performance focused culture thru management of KPIs /grades
