We are looking for an experienced Group Financial Controller, to undertake allaspects of financial control & analysis at Group business division level,including review of monthly reporting, budget and annual financial statements,as well as coordination of developments related to internal control policies,procedures, systems implementations and other special projects (investments,expansion, etc.)? Improve and monitor KPIs on key areas for the business, such asprofitability per activity / segment, working capital management? Review monthly closing and obtain relevant explanations on variancesversus prior period and budget? Review budget & forecast process? Review annual statutory accounts of subsidiaries and groupconsolidated financial statements (if applicable to the Group businessdivision)? Act as project coordinator for optimization of IT systems and reportingtools? Provide support on development projects such as the set-up andintegration of a new subsidiary or country, significant capex projects,etc.? Provide guidance on drafting internal control policies and procedures
