Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Group Clinic Operations Manager for their client in Dubai which is a reputed chain of Dermatology clinics across UAE.We are looking for a an Operations Clinic Manager with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Dubai in a Dermatology / Aesthetic clinic, managing multiple sites.Directly reporting to the CEO, the Clinic Manager will be responsible for the clinic P&L, must have experience in all matters related to Dubai Health Authority, DOH and MOH, business planning, operations, quality and compliance, service improvement, management of staff coordination with doctors, retention and manpower management.This is a front end role and would require the Clinic Manager to represent the clinic with regards to all matters concerning the Physicians.
