The Group Chief Commercial Development Officer is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the individual commercial business units in the group.Participate in setting up the Business unit?s business strategy, and lead it with the individual business unit Directors to achieve in the most effective way with the best results.Responsible to ensure all the financial and strategic targets are set and met by each business unit.Lead the development and implementation of strategy for the Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Communities, Insurance, Manufacturing, Real Estate and Facility Care Business Units (BUs) and ensure it is aligned to corporate objectives.Work with the BU Directors to establish the required financial and strategic targets in conjunction with the Head of strategy to achieve the required revenue/EBITDA targets.Work with BUs to identify cross-selling opportunities across the different products and services currently offered by them.Establish Corporate Performance Management frameworks, set KPIs, and drive periodic (monthly/QPR - Quarterly Performance Review) performance reporting sessions for each business unit.Define and enforce Service Level Agreements and targets for business units that use outsourced operators/external parties to provide services/products.Maintain relationships with government agencies, clients, banks and other relevant external stakeholders and continually manage/ monitor the same.Ensure that the whole team is a ?quality of service? oriented team at all levels and times.
