Job Description

My client is looking for a Group CEO to head up the group which has diversified industry sectors. You will have at least 5 years? experience as a CEO and must have worked in a ?group company? environment and be a fluent Arabic speaker with good GCC experience. These are essential so please only apply if you meet these criteria requirements. The ideal candidate will have the vision, strategy and leadership qualities that will help grow the Group.?Description:

  • CEO will engage with C-level employees on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, Investment analysis, and forecasting needs. Assess and evaluate overall performance of the Group with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts
  • Provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plans of the Group
  • Evaluate Group functions and make suggestions for increasing working efficiency
  • Communicate, engage and interact with board of directors and C-level employees
  • Manage yearly objectives that align with the Group?s plan for growth and expansion
  • Manage consultants, auditors and investors in coordination with relevant board and management committees
  • Serve as a key member of the organizations? leadership team and Board of Directors
  • Participate in pivotal decisions as they relate to strategic initiatives and operational models. Develop a template for objective evaluation of each initiative along economic and strategic dimensions and facilitate its consistent application across all group companies.
  • Establish policies, procedures and processes and manage implementation
  • Attain sustainable growth to maintain cashflow and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, compliance and management procedures
  • Discuss and approve the financial control framework, policies and procedures and ensure the Group Finance Department is in full compliance
  • Discuss and approve budget and expense control measures to improve profitability and cost efficiencies
  • Reinforce and drive a culture of transparency within the Group and enhance the culture of corporate governance
