The company is looking for an experienced Automotive Group Accounts Manager, who will lead the accounts and administration departments, as a key member of the Senior Management Team. The successful candidate will ensure that groups strategy and financial control objectives are met.The candidate will need to be enthusiastic, self-motivated and a well-organized leader, able to work to strict deadlines whilst paying attention to detail. You will provide the day-to-day information required to advise management of the performance backed by robust KPIs. You should be capable of working both as an individual and as part of a team.Reports to:CFO?Duties & Responsibilities:???????Produce monthly management accounts, salient figures and statistics.???????Contribute to the effective operation and development of the business, by providing advice and information on all financial matters.???????Prepare and submit manufacturer composites.???????Balance sheet reconciliation.???????Implement and ensure adherence of financial controls and policies without exception, in line with company policy and audit standards.???????Prepare files for both internal and external auditors where requested.???????Lead management in the preparation of annual budget and forecasts.???????Respond to queries from the dealership leadership team relating to financial and accounting matters.
