Position - Grill Chef De Partie - European or British CuisineSalary 8000 - 9000 AED per monthLocation : Dubai (City Walk) or United Kingdom.Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata), employer?s pension contribution, uniform, meals on duty and moreProspects: Salary review; recognition and reward for outstanding performance and commitmentDuties include preparation of grill based dishes to order;ensuring quality standards for dishes prepared; being responsible for the presentation of dishes, its sauces and other accompaniments that are served to customers; cooking dishes according to special dietary requirements of the customers; portion control; wastage reduction; time management; changing and introducing grill based dishes in the menu; training other chefs and kitchen staff to prepare dishes and accompaniments when required; training waiting staff to answer customer queries regarding dishes; stock controlling and reducing wastage in his section of the kitchen; ensuring safety & hygiene standards in his section of the kitchen. Will be responsible for marinating and tenderising meat, seafood and vegetables with infusion of specialist spices and other fresh ingredients to make specialist European and British dishes; etc.To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements: -Top skills and mastery in preparation of European and British cuisine and able to work in a restaurant with up to 100 covers.REQUIREMENT:We require canddiates to achieve the IELTS for level 4.0 in all areas (can be undertaken)Min 3 years experience in working in restaurants.Important note : We are looking to open a new premises in Dubai as part of our expansion plans.There are also options for applicants to potentially relocate to our UK branches following successful training. Support with relocation packages will be given to the right candidates .
