Job Description

Grievance Officer?You will have strong understanding of end-to-end homecare operation process. You ideally will have experience with compliance and complaint resolution.You will have excellent written or verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex or technical information in a simple way and when required the ability to influence, negotiation to get the employee satisfaction resolution.You have good problem-solving, decision-making mind set ? thinking objectively with balanced decision-making being able to manage the relationships with employee.You will have a good understanding of employee Ombudsman Service.The Details

  • Very good listening skills
  • Handling and resolving complaints promptly and effectively with the company?s principles in mind, adhering to timescales and being able to compose final response to an excellent standard.
  • Providing a high standard and quality of employee service with the ability to deliver high quality work to meet deadlines
  • Managing your own portfolio.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc business, functional, operational areas, processes or programs
