Performs various activities in production i.e. cleaning, packing, carrying, stocking, preparing, mixing, cutting, grilling, frying, cooking and planning. Slice, wash, cut, portion, weigh, label and package fresh food products required for Greek cuisine. Prepare and cook Greek food as required and directed by the head cook/line manager.Achieve operational objectives by maintaining the company Integrated Management System (IMS) policies and procedures; perform his/her duties as per the division Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manual.
