Duties and responsibilities of a graphic designer in EGMA ?????????Design advertisements, branding, web pages and Marketing materials for online and offline platform.?????????Meeting and communicating with sales department, the CEO or the EVP to understand the design project, providing ideas in a feasible manner?????????Pitching an idea of how to actualize a client?s project.?????????Manage printing suppliers and ensure quality throughout the Marketing collateral.?????????Determine the message the design should portray.?????????Create images that identify a product or convey a message.?????????Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.?????????Present the design to sales, CEO or the EVP.?????????Handle in-store visual installation for different clients.?????????Complete projects on time by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, and other suppliers.?????????Coordinates all administrative aspects of production, including preparing final designs for presentation, checking and approving color, copy, text format separations, and scaling images for print production. Ensures that all parties are informed of and meet deadlines.?????????Organizes copy flow and maintains database/bibliographic/archival retrieval system of all references and designs used in creation of published materials.?????????Perform other related duties as required.
