The HEDES Group is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative and marketing team and create engaging & impactful designs for various media applications. You will be designing a wide variety of things across our digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you?ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, show amazing attention to detail and have experience in simultaneously managing several projects.Responsibilities & SkillsWork on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentProduce multiple pieces of content every day - social media posts, digital ads, video assets, etc.Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials.Prepares layouts, designs, artwork, and formats for use in a publication and /or exhibition design.Layout and scale photos, marking them for proper screen values for print reproduction.Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.Prepare finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and self-scheduling projectWork with the creative team to establish a unified brandGenerate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to endConceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, content websites, social media, and other marketing materialsConceptualize visuals based on requirementsSupport multiple business lines with the creation of art assetsPerforms related duties as requiredQualifications2+ years of professional graphic design experienceminimum 1-year experience working in a media agency / active business environmentStrong portfolio of workwork under pressureA strong eye for visual composition.Creative and open to new ideasEffective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Exceptional capability with typography, layout, and prototypingExperience in simultaneously managing several projects.Must understand design in multiple mediums ? print, digital, mobile.Preferred QualificationsWebsite developmentCopy/content writingDigital and social media marketing
