1. Coordinate among support and business units to ensure that all companys brands bring the correct artwork and customer information with the highest quality finish of printing.2. Prepare all graphic design activities that may serve as creative leader in the companys marketing mix to the internal and external customer3. Ensure that all artwork conforms to the desired Company formats4. Understand & confirm the various technical aspects of the artwork including color, background etc as desired by the customer5. Manage creative project scope to meet company deadlines and expectations6. Prepare in designing or modifying logos if requested by the support/ business units.7. Prepare company?s presentations and provide technical & graphical assistance to the Support/ Business Units in all jobs related to the company?s promotional events.8. Arrange films from printing presses and hand over to printing section for production.9. Review printed sample and get it approved to the concerned department.10. Supervise the quality of output in printing section and to provide assistance whenever needed in the printing process to correctly print the required design11. Maintain and keep organized the company?s Artwork Library (films, CD?s etc.).12. Responsible in random inspection of printed logos prior to assembly process.13. Prepare product instruction manuals, service manuals, catalogues, product photos, product specification sheets etc. whenever requested by the respective department under concerned approval.14. Manage creative project scope to meet customers deadlines and expectations15. Provide design leadership and possess individual talent and creativity and clearly communicate concepts and serve as creative lead on projects to internal and external audiences.16. Work closely with PR Manager and Website Designer in designing packages and themes for promotions, continuity and marketing assignment17. Conceptualize and storyboard ideas as required18. Participate in brainstorming sessions19. Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
