Join us and lets get started. AECOM are offering an opportunity for a Marketing & Communications Graduate to join our exciting team in Dubai working directly with the Senior Marketing Manager. This role is ideal for a candidate with a keen interest in marketing, communications and graphic design to help produce materials and manage systems that support business growth and employee engagement. This person will also join AECOMs industry leading Graduate Program and be provided with additional training and soft skill support to become a successful professional in your field. Please find general duties + responsibilties below:

• Learn and demonstrate an ongoing understanding of AECOMs brand, technical capabilities, services, audiences and channels.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop.
• Use content management systems to keep the MEA pages of AECOMs intranet and internet up to date.
• Administrate Yammer (internal social media network) to keep group memberships up to date and encourage its use.
• Write and adapt copy in the appropriate style for all audiences including internal, media and clients and for different media including print, digital and social media.
• Think differently and creatively.
• Demonstrate the ability to research around a subject.
• Prioritize a busy workload and manage multiple stakeholders
• Work with other members of the Strategy & Growth team, including the graphic design studio, to produce timely and consistent marketing communications materials.
• Successfully apply creative thinking and clear communication principals to all communications to improve tone, clarity, style, grammar, and terminology and align with AECOMs brand voice.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Communications
• Minimum 3.3 GPA or 2:1
• Must have graduated in 2022 or no later than June 2023
• This role is only open to UAE Nationals
