Own supplier audits, ensuring compliance, and advise improvement plans where needed.Partner with the bestThe responsibility of this role is to negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies. Achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction is the target.You will be responsible for:* Work Closely with Global and Regional Category Leaders to develop suppliers as per strategy. * Grow and Develop direct relationship with Supplier executives and leverage to enable BH operations. * Providing oversight to large suppliers to BH executive sponsor and leadership in a timely bi-weekly manner. * Collaborate and Work Closely with internal stake holders and vendors to resolve technical issues and quality gaps. * Lead and Develop Supplier Segmentation & assessment and plan. * Drive Supplier Collaboration to create new supplier value beyond contractual obligations. * Create Supplier Interaction Framework * Manage Supplier Technical and Quality Performance and future plans * Design, plan and execute vendor development 5year strategy. * Ability to work with key Suppliers and vendors to: Ensure on time delivery, Improved Payment terms, Negotiate and grow BH spend savings and Drive QBR & ABRS * Ensuring Business Process Outsourcing compliance with SLAs and be the primary point of contact on all service level issues. * Providing advice and guidance to functional management or business functions on approaches, projects and programs in the functional area. * Handling communication with category leaders and regions in addition to direct communication to operations and sales about approach and methods for solving complex problems * Leading design and implementation of projectsFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will: * Have a Bachelor?s degree from an accredited university or college, in Business Administration or Engineering * Proven ability to mange by Influence to drive BH strategy execution * Maintained a High level relationship with Vendors or customers with proven results impacting BH growth, profitability and cash flow * Have experience in Supplier Management, Customer M anagement, Strategic Sourcing and Account Strategy for minimum 6 years of which 5 years in Oil and gas * Established experience in developing and managing Contrats ( MSAs, SSAs & price agreements etc..) * SAP and ARIBA Experience * Have managed High Spend Vendors or High revenue Customers directly * Proven ability in analyzing multi-dimensional data and extracting actions and following up upon ( using e-tools i.e PoweBi, Tableau, Pivot tables etc?) * Critical thinking and ability to negotiate tough positioning to a win win situation * Proven ability to solve complex problems and leverage relationships to grow BH * Have excellent oral and written communication skills * Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills * Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems * Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs * Have established and proven project management skills with quantifiable resultsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
