Job Description

We host 8 Global Events in the following regions:USA / Europe / China / TaiwanEvent Planner duties and responsibilities

  • Understand requirements and details of each event
  • Understand clients needs and wants
  • Plan and organize events with attention to financial and time constraints
  • Book venues and schedule speakers
  • Meet with clients and coordinate with them regularly
  • Look for and compare different vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.)
  • Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
  • Hire, train and oversee personnel
  • Evaluate personnel and provide reports
  • Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations, food, drinks etc.)
  • Track the overall even expenses regularly
  • Do event budget planning
  • Stay within the budget
  • Carefully oversee event happenings
  • Offer solutions to resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Evaluate event?s success and submit reports
Event Planner responsibilities include:
  • Event planning, design and production within time limits
  • Working with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Organizing facilities and details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.
Job briefWe are looking for a successful and enthusiastic Event Planner to produce events from conception through to completion. Event Coordinator responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service and organizing memorable events that meet quality expectations.Responsibilities
  • Event planning, design and productionÿwhile managing all project delivery elements within time limits
  • Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals
  • Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders
  • Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality
  • Organize facilities and manage all event?s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc
  • Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations
  • Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities
  • Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and publicize event
  • Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
  • Conduct pre- and post ? event evaluations and report on outcomes
  • Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interestÿ
Event Planner Responsibilities:
  • Identifying clients requirements and expectations for each event.
  • Brainstorming and implementing event concepts and themes.
  • Preparing event budgets and processing invoices.
  • Researching and booking venues.
  • Organizing suppliers, caterers, staff, and entertainment.
  • Coordinating all logistical elements of the event.
  • Managing set-up, tear-down, and clean-up operations.
  • Anticipating attendee needs and making preparations against potential risks.
  • Developing post-event reports on the effectiveness of each event.
